Malacaņang declares Nov. 26 a holiday |
Malacaņang has declared November 26, Wednesday, a non-working holiday in observance of the conclusion of the Islamic holy month of Ramadan.
Executive Secretary Alberto Romulo made the announcement based on Proclamation No. 498, urging the nation to commemorate along with Filipino Muslims the end of Ramadan.
